  1. I downloaded the Pi image and it was version 3.0. I made sure to verify the Sha and it was fine. When I booted it, I immediately knew something was wrong. Long story short, my distro was comprimised so bad. There were kernal leaks and a shared gnome folder that was wide open with so many things wrong. I ran lynis on the system and there were warnings after warnings… It was so bad.. I coudlnt eveb apt-get update because the package was missing… EVERYONE SHOULD RUN – lynis audit system – on their new images to make sure.. The net is SO volitale right now.. Keep clearing your cache every few minutes.. There is some serious persistant cookies in the wild right now.. Look out for any *.cloudfront.net addresses. It sucks that some mirrors serve the image via HTTP too.. So bad.

    1. hi, we have released the new 3.4 images, check them

      p.s.
you need to resize the root partition to fix the lightdm start process
